Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Waterloo, IA (in-office and/or telehealth)
About the Role
We're looking for a full-time licensed mental health clinician to join the Flourish Counseling team. You'll carry a caseload of individual clients, contribute to a warm and collaborative team culture, and have the opportunity to shape your practice around your clinical interests and strengths.
Requirements
- Active mental health license in the state of Iowa (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, client-centered care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain a full-time caseload
Preferred (Not Required)
- Interest in facilitating therapy groups
- Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents
- Training in evidence-based modalities (EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, etc.)
