Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Waterloo, Iowa office and telehealth appointments via a secure video platform. Telehealth is available to clients located anywhere in Iowa and is a great option for those with busy schedules or who prefer to meet from home.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a space to work through something, therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. Many people come to therapy for personal growth, relationship support, or navigating life transitions. Reaching out is a courageous first step.
Your first session is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other. Your therapist will ask about what brought you in, your background, and your goals for therapy. It's a low-pressure conversation — there's no right or wrong way to begin.
