Therapy sessions are designed to fit into your schedule with a standard duration of 53 minutes.
Initial Appointment
Your first appointment will begin with a comprehensive evaluation to discuss your symptoms and goals. Based on this evaluation, we will create a personalized treatment plan to guide our work together.
Ongoing Sessions
The frequency and duration of subsequent sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. While evidence-based research suggests that weekly appointments are most effective initially, this may vary depending on individual circumstances. My goal is to provide you with the most effective and personalized care to support your journey towards well-being.
This is similar to individual therapy. My goal is the goal of the couple, and it's important to me that both parties feel comfortable and heard.
STEPPS is a structured 20-week program designed to help you develop essential emotional regulation skills. Our approach integrates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness. Unlike traditional process groups, our sessions are conducted in a classroom format.
