
Erika Bandilla is the owner of Flourish Counseling and a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. She is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through her mental health services, offering compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. As a member of the Flourish Counseling team, Erika works with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and other complex life transitions, providing a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. She is especially passionate about Internal Family Systems (IFS), guiding clients to connect with and understand the different parts of themselves to foster healing and self-compassion.
As a clinical supervisor, Erika also mentors and guides other clinicians on the Flourish Counseling team, fostering a culture of empathy, reflective practice, and high-quality care. She believes in the transformative power of therapy to help people uncover their strengths, honor their experiences, and move toward authentic, meaningful lives.

Rosario Garcia Fino is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the Clinical Director at Flourish Counseling. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and earned her counseling degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Rosario brings a unique perspective to her work, building on her background in Physical Therapy from her native Bogotá, Colombia.
As part of the Flourish Counseling team, Rosario specializes in evidence-based mental health services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She helps clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic pain, chronic diagnoses, and other life challenges. With extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, she is also trained to work with military personnel and their families.
Rosario creates a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel understood and empowered to heal, grow, and develop the tools they need for lasting change.

Ashley Schneider is a pre-licensed LMSW who believes that therapy is most effective when it feels safe, supportive, and human. As part of the Flourish Counseling team, she brings both her lived experiences and professional training to her work, creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Ashley’s passion is helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the challenges of feeling overlooked or misunderstood by systems meant to support them. She combines evidence-based practices—including trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches—with a collaborative and compassionate style. Her goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of agency and self-worth.
Clients often describe Ashley as approachable, grounding, and empathetic. She believes that growth and healing are possible when we honor our experiences and approach change at our own pace. Whether you are processing trauma, overcoming self-doubt, or simply seeking someone who truly “gets it,” Ashley is there to walk alongside you—supporting you every step of the way. She currently has immediate availability for new clients seeking mental health services.

Katie believes that healing happens best in relationships that feel safe, respectful, and genuine. She brings a calm, approachable presence to therapy and adapts her work to fit each client’s unique needs. Drawing from DBT, CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and Theraplay, Katie supports clients in building practical skills while also strengthening emotional connection and confidence.
Clients often appreciate her laid-back style, sense of humor, and ability to make difficult topics feel more manageable. Katie is especially passionate about helping children and families feel supported, understood, and empowered. She also values helping adults reconnect with their strengths during overwhelming seasons of life.
Katie has a special passion for working with children and families, using play-based and attachment-focused approaches to help kids express emotions, build regulation skills, and feel safe. Through Theraplay and trauma-informed care, she partners closely with caregivers to strengthen connection and support growth both in and outside of sessions.
Lily enjoys working with individuals in a safe and trauma informed manner. Lily enjoys working primarily with adults, offering a supportive and compassionate space to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster personal growth.
With a focus on understanding each client’s unique experiences, Lily helps individuals navigate life transitions, process trauma, and strengthen self-awareness. She believes in empowering clients to uncover their strengths and make meaningful changes to align with their values.
Utilizing several modalities including CBT, MI, EMDR, and humanistic approaches, Lily is committed to providing a nonjudgemental and collaborative therapeutic environment where everyone can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Kattie Valle is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and the co-founder of Streamlined Billing. With extensive experience working with a variety of electronic health record (EHR) systems, she ensures that clients’ insurance benefits are accurately set up and maintained. Kattie is dedicated to providing prompt, clear communication, especially for clients of the counseling team at Flourish Counseling, reaching out whenever insurance questions arise regarding mental health services, and making the billing process seamless and stress-free. Her expertise and attention to detail help both clients and providers navigate the complexities of insurance with confidence and ease.
